Localfield Mold Help is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent mold inspection, testing and remediation providers. We do not do inspections, sampling, testing, removal, cleaning or repairs. We are also not a party to any agreement you make with a provider.

Providers Work on Their Own

The providers you are connected with are independent businesses. They alone are responsible for their estimates, prices, scheduling, workmanship, test results, licenses, insurance and conduct. We do not hire, supervise or control them. We make no promise about when they are available, how fast they respond, or what their work will achieve.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials, ask for proof of insurance and any license the work requires, and get a written estimate.
